DETAILS: On two separate occasions sculptures and a park restroom have been damaged. The first incident involved a glass sculpture and glass block window in the new restroom damaged by a bb gun. The second incident was a bowl from a stone sculpture that was damaged. The estimated damage is approximately $4,600.

*The criminal charges are only allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty at trial.
