DETAILS: On 073106 unknown person(s) vandalized the Loveland library by breaking the front windows, breaking lights, damaging no parking signs, tipping over concrete planters, and damaging trees. The suspect(s) also went to the Chilson Recreational Center and tampered with a hot tub.
